Dear Alderman Burnett:

My name is ________ and I live on the ____ block of W/E/N/S _______ Street. I support the mission of the Neighbors of St. Boniface to save the church structure and develop family-friendly, owner-occupied properties in the adjacent lots surrounding the church.

Recent trends for small dwelling, transit-oriented developments (TOD) in the immediate area are providing nearly 1000 TOD units within a mile of St. Boniface. The St. Boniface site, lies on a residential street and is not suitable for development outside of the current RS-3 Zoning. RS-3 housing is consistent with the surrounding neighborhood.

I do not support rezoning of the of the St. Boniface property outside of the church structure.

Please help the neighborhood save the St. Boniface church structure and maintain the current RS-3 zoning for the adjacent lots. I appreciate your support.

Thank you and best regards,

Your Name
